Mr. Litzenberger brings approximately 12 years of professional experience to BROADSTONE, a firm which provides business advisory and financial management consulting services designed to lead financial initiatives, manage strategic projects and streamline accounting processes and overall business performance. An expert in accounting and finance, he specializes in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS"), United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ("US GAAP") and Sarbanes-Oxley. At his prior employer, Mr. Litzenberger was rated as the number one performer among his peers in the Philadelphia Metro Region during the 2007 performance period. While working as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young, Mr. Litzenberger was rated as a top performer and was able to participate in their global exchange program. The program led him to London, where he worked from the E&Y London office, primarily overseeing IFRS to US GAAP reconciliation engagements. Mr. Litzenberger attributes his success to his personal drive and his focus on achieving his professional goals.

A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Litzenberger received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and International Business from the Pennsylvania State University in 1996. His studies took him abroad to the University of Exeter in Exeter, England, where his fascination with international business was born. In addition to making BROADSTONE a global competitor, Mr. Litzenberger aspires to bring accounting and finance knowledge to the public through expert teaching and instruction by BROADSTONE consultants.
