H. Linn Gilchriest Handles Real Estate and Data Analysis for Energy Firm

With 30 years of professional experience, Mr. Gilchriest is known for his analytical and problem-solving skills. In 1989, he brought his talents to BP p.l.c., an energy firm that focuses on the exploration and production of energy resources. As corporate accountant, he is in charge of the real estate and data analysis side of the business. His responsibilities include ensuring that billings and payments are made in a timely manner and serving as a liaison between lease administrators. Mr. Gilchriest considers facing new challenges every day to be the most enjoyable and stimulating aspect of his work. He attributes his success to his diligence and relish for solving problems.

Mr. Gilchriest received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 1979 from Lamar University. A self-taught musician, he volunteers his services at Dolen Baptist Church as an organist and pianist. Away from work, he also enjoys flower gardening and spending time with his five dogs and three cats. Mr. Gilchriest looks forward to continuing his professional growth in the accounting/financial analysis field.
