CPAexcel Announces $5,000 CASH Scholarship for College Accounting Students
CPAexcel Continues Tradition of Granting over $1,000,000 in Scholarships to College Accounting Students

SEDONA, AZ, February 04, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- CPAexcel, a recognized leader in the CPA exam preparation industry, is pleased to announce a $5,000 Cash Scholarship for a college junior, senior, or graduate student who is taking at least one accounting course.

Students who are enrolled part-time or full-time in a college upper division or graduate school program and taking at least one accounting class are eligible for the scholarship drawing. College students may enter before noon MT on April 15, 2010.

Students can enter the free drawing on the CPAexcel website.

There is no obligation. No essay or application is required.

The winning student will need to prove before April 29, 2010, that that they are currently enrolled in college. If the winner cannot provide proof, another winner will be drawn.

The random drawing will be held at CPAexcel's world headquarters in Sedona, Arizona, and the winner will announced that day.

CPAexcel produces CPA Exam study courses which present with great clarity the underlying financial concepts in each section of the CPA Exam. CPAexcel focuses on translating mountains of government tax and regulation legalese into understandable modules.

Proven to prepare students to pass for the CPA exam at nearly twice the national average, CPAexcel offers a dynamic learning system which dramatically reinforces learning and retention. Concise, interactive lessons keep users focused while reviewing important concepts. Unique in the industry, CPAexcel promises to be "partners until you pass," providing students with unlimited free updates and free course repeats.

During the past ten years, the CPAexcel Scholarship program has awarded over $1,000,000 in courseware to students in its continuing commitment to support post-secondary accounting education.

However, with the current stubborn economic turndown, we felt that students would appreciate a cash scholarship which they could use for any college-related expense. In addition to the cash scholarship, the winner will receive CPAexcel's top-of-the-line Video Gold Medal Course (worth $1,690), which includes Professor Mentoring. Professor Mentoring commences from the date of the scholarship drawing (April 15, 2010) until the student passes all four parts of the CPA Exam.

The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
