Commercial Investigations Association of America awarded Commercial Investigations, Inc. an award for exceptional customer service.

VAN NUYS, CA, April 03, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Commercial Investigation Association of America (CIAA) recently awarded Commercial Investigations, Inc. their Exceptional Customer Service Award. Commercial Investigations, Inc. has always placed special emphasis on customer service and has rightfully been awarded with this prestigious award.

CIAA staff member who was part of the deciding process, John McWilliams stated, "When handing out this award CIAA looks at many collection agencies and many aspects of each collection agency. Our representatives often do on-site observation, we take into account total staff numbers and allocation of customer service representatives, how out going are non-customer service staff members in helping with customer service. Our representatives have a massive check list that every collection agency goes through. CII exceptional marks in all categories made this hard decision not nearly as hard in previous years. CII has a top notch staff that continues to produce high quality work with high quality support staff, kudos to them, they deserve this."
