As the Owner and Director of Carter Willis and throughout his impressive 40 year professional career he has consistently displayed the dedication required to be successful.

Carter Willis is a proactive, client focused public accounting firm that specializes in business and taxes. They offer a variety of services including business strategy and tax planning. The firm provides face to face consulting, stressing the importance of personal contact and treats each client as an individual.

Carter Willis is actively seeking to grow and plan to double in size within the next five years. With Stephen's 40 years experience in Public Accounting he possesses a wealth of experience to provide to the small/medium sized business community.

Stephen started as a trainee accountant in 1969 and graduated from the West Australian Institute of Technology in 1974. He studied part-time and worked full-time. In 1974, he became a partner in a two partner firm, which eventually grew to a four partner firm with three professional staff and three support staff. In 1995, Carter resigned from the firm to become a sole practioner in Mt Barker, a country town in Western Australia. This was to satisfy a long held desire by his wife and himself to live and work in the country. Stephen grew the firm to the point where he employed one professional, one trainee and two support staff.

Carter is a member of the National Tax and Account Association.
