She attributes her success to her drive and professional passion.

Ms. Matthews graduated from The University of Western Ontario, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in political science. She holds SOX and lean six sigma project management certifications. She dedicates her free time to local animal shelters and the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
