In this capacity, she is in charge of managing finances, overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising 30 employees, and keeping abreast of the latest equipment. Ms. East strives to instill in her staff the same high premium that she places on customer service. Proud to continue, on such a foundation, the business that she and her late husband Joe had started four decades ago, she attributes her success to her staff's commitment and dedication.

Ms. East maintains affiliation with the United States Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau. She holds a bachelor's degree in human resource management, earned in 1999 from Faulkner University.
