Felecia has been a partner of Alfermann Gray & Co., CPAs in Rolla, Missouri since 2000. Felecia is an Enrolled Agent and a degreed Accountant from Indiana University. She has been assisting in the editing and writing of the Illinois Farm Tax Manual for the University of Illinois since 1998. Felecia has also been involved in the editing and writing of the Enrolled Agents Exam Questions for the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, DC and is a past member of the Internal Revenue Service Advisory Committee to the Commissioner of the IRS in Washington, DC. Felecia also teaches for the Missouri Local IRS Stakeholder Liaison at the Missouri Tax Symposium and also teaches at the Local Tax Workshops for small businesses.
