Ms. Harrington has 26 years of professional experience, including 14 years of experience in her current position. She specializes in human resources and is known for her ability to handle changes in business environments instinctively, proactively and accordingly. She has overseen four expansions of PediatriCare of Northern Virginia. As a practice administrator, she supervises all administrative duties, accounting matters and human resource activities. She attributes her success to her tenacity, adaptability and capacity to analyze trends.

A graduate of Marymount University, Ms. Harrington received a Bachelor of Science in nursing in 1984. She is a member of the Virginia Medical Group Management Association and the Medical Group Management Association. Ms. Harrington was recognized by Marquis' Who's Who of American Women and Who's Who of Emerging Leaders of America. She volunteers her spare time to Stephen Ministries. In the future, she intends to expand her practice and pursue a master's degree.
