As an executive director of Ernst & Young, Mireille Silva is responsible for overseeing audits, compiling due diligence reports in Peru, and supervising senior managers and managers. Ms. Silva is a certified public accountant with over 20 years of experience rendering professional services to industries in various economic sectors. She attributes her success to her perseverance, and caring and sincere nature.

Ms. Silva received a Global MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in 2009 and a master's degree in management from Tulane University of New Orleans in 2009. In addition, she became a public accountant and auditor through the Universidad de Lima in 1981. She is a member of the Alumni Associations of the Universidad de Lima, the Centrum Católica Business School of The Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. She also maintians affilitaion with the Organization of Women in International Trade.
