As a General Auditor with Citgo Petroleum, as well as throughout his incredible 41 years in the business, Mr. Noriega has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

Citgo Petroleum is a multi-billion dollar corporation which provides refinement, transportation, and marketing of transportation fuels, lubricants, petrochemicals and other industrial products. Mr. Noriega is responsible for managing 26 people as well as being in charge of team processes and planning.

During his educational career, Wladimir earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting in 1978 and a Master's degree in Business and Accounting from Emporia College in 1979. He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, MBA Association, National Society of Accountants and the Institute of Internal Controls.
