ORLANDO, FL, December 22, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Nikunj R. Tailor, Payroll Executive at Family Physicians Group, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in payroll services.

With 28 years of professional experience, Mr. Tailor attributes his success to his work ethic. As a payroll executive, he is responsible for overseeing payroll for 450 employees, monitoring revenue and cash flow for smooth financial operations, preparing financial reports for the CEO and VP, and preparing budgets and conducting variance analyses. He also oversees the financial operation of the outsourcing unit, approves payments to organizational affiliates as well as employees' loans and schedules their repayments, and prepares financial statements for submission to financial institutions. Prior to his current position, he worked as an accountant.

Mr. Tailor earned a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in finance, magna cum laude, in 2010 and a Bachelor of Science in business administration, magna cum laude, in 2008, both from DeVry University. In 1982, he earned a bachelor's degree in advanced accountancy and auditing from Gujarat University in India. He is an ADP certified payroll specialist, and sits on the advisory board for the accounting curriculum at Kaiser University.

A two-time recipient of the MVP Award from the Family Physicians Group Administration, Mr. Tailor received the Employee of the Month Award in 2004.
