During his educational career, Stuart earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from CW Post College in 1966 and a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Taxation from Long Island University in 1969. He was designated as a Certified Public Accountant for New York State in 1972. Stuart is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also the former Chairman of the Business Management Committee of New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
