With over a decade of professional experience working in the family business, Eray Erdogan specializes in customer service management. In his position with Gulistan Underwear, a Turkish manufacturer of fine women's lingerie, Mr. Erdogan is responsible for administering to customer inquiries, placing orders, checking product availability and managing returned goods. Additionally, he authorizes processing orders, issues consumer credits, furnishes patrons with shipping and tracking numbers, and maintains the online catalogue database.
