As a Certified Public Accountant who runs his own private practice, as well as throughout his incredible 45 year professional career, Dennis has consistently performed at an exceptional level.

Dennis has been a sole practitioner for over 30 years in the practice of public accounting. He provides tax returns for individuals, partnerships and corporations. Mr. Halterman is also actively involved in business start-ups and business monitoring as well as providing assistance in the obtaining of suitable financing as a business continues its growth. Prior to beginning his career in public accounting, Dennis was a Corporate Controller of a New York Stock Exchange company and Vice President of Finance for an American Stock Exchange company.
