Mr. Palumbo has proven leadership capability managing large organizations with P&L responsibility in excess of $200M and 400 employees worldwide. He has established himself as a thought-leader in the industry and has gained a reputation for bringing innovation and best practices to organizations. He has worked extensively in diverse global sectors including banking and financial services, diversified broadcasting, and technology.

As Managing Partner for Baker Street Group, LLC, a privately held corporate services and real estate consulting practice, Mr. Palumbo is responsible for strategic business development and client services. Mr. Palumbo's prior experiences include management of operations for Fannie Mae, BearingPoint, Chase Manhattan Bank, Tiffany & Company and CBS, Inc.

Mr. Palumbo has his BS degree in Business Administration, and his MA from Duke University. He has also studied Workplace Design/Construction at Pratt Institute School of Architecture and Cornell University's School of Human Ecology. He holds a Master of Corporate Estate, MCR distinction from CoreNet Global, establishing him as a senior leader in the profession.
