Backed by a solid professional record that spans over 22 years, Darnell A. Funderburk, Sr. is a recognized authority in the field of accounting and financial management. This year, he joins David Hale & Associates, Inc., where he monitors the moving expenses of FBI agents and oversees system automation to facilitate optimized workflow. He is distinguished for his expertise in system automation and spreadsheet preparation, as well as his strict professional discipline, strong work ethic and conscientious nature.

Such traits, he noted during a recent Cambridge Publishing interview, he honed during his service with the military. In fact, he served with the U.S. Air Force for 20 years, during which time he was stationed in Turkey, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Colorado, North Carolina, Virginia and Maryland. He holds a bachelor of arts in management from National-Louis University, earned in 2004, and will seek to pursue a master's degree as he moves forward in his career. This, he hopes, will help him secure a permanent position with the federal government.

In his free time, Mr. Funderburk lends his philanthropic support to World Vision, The Salvation Army and Progressive Church.
