Vivianne Winters Israel Honored by Cambridge Publishing
When hospital bills ate up her savings, Vivianne Winters Israel created a real estate investment empire

ANAHEIM, CA, May 27, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Vivianne Winters Israel, Owner of The Real Estate Genie U.S., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in real estate.

When her mother's illness began to eat up the family's savings in 1999, the resourceful Vivianne Winters Israel began drafting an aggressive financial strategy to pay for mounting medical bills. She took over her mother's accounting books and helped her into an assisted living facility. She also set aside 25 percent of her established savings, as well as 35 percent of her new generated income, to reinvest. By spring of 2002, her investment initiatives inspired her to join several active real estate investment clubs: Real Estate Investor's Club, the Naked Real Estate Investors Club and The Real Estate Investor Network. Later that year, she re-financed her home to redirect approximately $33,000 to use for her education, down payments and reserve funds.

Today, Ms. Israel's real estate company serves as her main source of income. She is a recognized authority on property evaluation, and spends her time reviewing properties and locating family-oriented neighborhoods. She now seeks to expand her business and will use her tenacity and optimism to oversee such growth.
Ms. Israel is a registered nurse with an associate of applied science in nursing from El Camino College. Named Cambridge Publishing's 2010 Professional of the Year in Real Estate, she lends her philanthropic support to her local community organizations and local schools.
