Mr. Wilhite has 42 years of overall professional experience. As the CFO of TSF Holdings, Inc., he is in charge of preparing analysis of manufacturing costs and reports to the board of directors including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and human resources. Additional responsibilities include implementing policies and procedures, financial reporting, and overseeing finance, operations and budget.

In 1985, Mr. Wilhite received his Executive Master of Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance in 1965 from Cedarville University, and is a member of the Ohio Chapter of Certified Public Accountants, North Carolina Chapter of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
