As the President of Investment Banking at Emerging Equities Inc., Mr. Brown is primarily responsible for all Capital Market activities in the Calgary office including financing, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings. He became involved in his profession after his experience in sales, analysis and accounting, and attributes his success to his diligence, and ability to develop strong personal and professional relationships.

Mr. Brown received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan in 1996, and received his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation in 2001. He hopes to continue developing the firm looking for stratigec partnerships and relationships.
