Mr. Motz has 30 years of experience in the field. He became involved in his profession because he wanted to apply his experience in international finance to more personal areas of interest. As chief executive officer and principal of Motz CFO Services, LLC, in the USA and Motz CFO Services GmbH in Germany, he leverages his business finance expertise to plan the strategic direction for companies in transition to higher levels of operation. This entails overseeing financial operations. including accounting of profit and loss, converting the generally accepted accounting principles to international financial reporting standards, restructuring, managing projects, administering cash and risk management, developing mergers and acquisitions integration, conducting compliance training, designing system integration, and monitoring shared services.

Mr. Motz received a master's degree in linguistics, with a minor in European intellectual history, from The University of North Dakota. He also holds a bachelor of arts from the University of Georgia and in business administration management from Siemens AG. He is a Boston Chapter member of the CFO Roundtable, a member of the German-American Chamber of Commerce and a member of the main-Franken Chamber of Commerce in Germany.
