For 10 years, Mr. Menichella has credited his success to his ability to meet the needs of his clients. He has always had an interest in finance, and in 1994 he earned a degree in accounting from the North Carolina State University. He has since gravitated toward income taxes and became the franchise general manager of Jackson Hewitt Inc.

His areas of expertise consist of tax laws, and finding the most deductions for individual clients. His day-to-day responsibilities include managing 11 offices, handling daily operations, and providing support. He plans to see his business grow in the near future.
