Mrs. Proksch has nearly a decade of professional experience, the last seven of which she has served as the president of Creative Laboratory Products, Inc. Specializing in customer relations, sales and marketing, she is primarily responsible for overseeing all operations of the company. This entails managing customer service activity, marketing and accounts payable and receivable. She caters to the needs of her staff, orders supplies and attends conferences and seminars to stay on the leading edge of the diagnostic industry. A major provider of lipoprotein additives, Creative Laboratory Products, Inc. is quickly becoming a leader in its industry.

With extensive experience in clinical settings, Mrs. Proksch has worked with a wide range of professionals including physicians, high-risk doctors, residents, cardiologists and staff nurses. She previously managed a private nursing service agency and later took the helm of Creative Laboratory Products, Inc., when its prior leader - her husband - was diagnosed with cancer in 2005. To date, he serves as a biochemist and senior advisor in the company. In the next few years, Mrs. Proksch plans to develop the company and expand its market.

Mrs. Proksch is the 2008 and 2009 winner of the Muscular Dystrophy Association's Fundraiser Award. She is an avid supporter of the Humane Society of Indiana and American Cancer Society, Better Business Bureau, Indiana Chamber of Congress, Guion Road Crime Watch Organization, The American Legion, and Family Fraternity of the Moose. In honor of her professional excellence, she has received formal recognition from the National Association of Professional Women.
