Ms. Lockhart has been a certified public accountant for 20 years and concentrates her accounting efforts on construction, not-for-profit, and multiple small business entities. For the past 15 years, she has run her own practice, Lisa A. Lockhart, CPA. In her role as owner, she prepares business and individual taxes, financial statements, and software implementation and conversions. She also provides consulting and write-up services.

The hardworking Ms. Lockhart became involved in her profession because she "loves accounting". In 2011, she earned a master's degree in accountancy from the University of Phoenix, graduating with honors. Previously, in 1994, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, from the College of Mount St. Joseph, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Ms. Lockhart is a member of The Ohio Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, and LinkedIn. She has been listed in Stanford Who's Who and is a VIP member of the National Association of Professional Women. In addition, she was recognized as a Woman of the Year for 2010-2011. Ms. Lockhart is also a Notary Public, currently commissioned in Butler County, Ohio. In the future, Ms. Lockhart intends to perform full-time, part-time, or contract work, while teaching online accounting classes.
